Thank you, Mal! 🙂 I’m just one of these people who don’t want to worry about every bite! And at the same time I don’t want to be big as a house… That’s what actually started me with all my baking. 🙂
WOW!!!!! Haha I just finished 4 cookies and some macaroons, needed this article above 2 hours ago hehehe. Love this! I’m going to print these out and do these the next few weeks!!
Thanks, Kit! And you know what? It’s OK to let yourself go sometimes and to JUST. HAVE. FUN! But if you know what to do to “reverse the damage” – you won’t feel guilty at all! Here’s what I usually do: http://www.sweetliza.com/low-calorie-mousse/ (It’s where I wrote that the trick here is to enjoy yourself while you’re dieting. Some of my favorites besides my skinny desserts are also the super-low-calorie fruit and berries! And my #1 fav is watermelon! Extra low-calorie + extra yummy!)
Yesss I was celebrating as well so all was okay! Can’t wait to make them!!!!! I will make sure to tag you in them if I put them up on Instagram hehe. I’ll check out that link! Thank you so much!
Thanks, Kit!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 🙂
Well, now I know what I’m doing with all my left over pumpkin from the fall! Those chocolate pumpkin swirl brownies are calling my name!
Thanks, @welloiledmuscles! I love my pumpkins! And what I’ve posted so far is just the beginning! I’ll be posting more pumpkin recipes because I just LOVE MY PUMPKINS!!!!!!!! 🙂 (Actually my husband tells people that our house kind of smells like baked pumpkins 🙂 !
Healthy desserts – I often run when I hear that!!! Once someone tried to serve me a fake apple pie that used zuchinni instead of apples. So I’m always leery of those words! But this list looks AWESOME! Strangely enough I think it was the sweet potato cupcakes with marshmallow frosting that caught my eye…they even look fun to make! Healthy Desserts – I think you converted me into a believer!
Gosh, thank you, SO MUCH, Mike! Yeah, some healthy desserts don’t sound very appetizing… 🙂 Like… I’d never make Spinach Brownies or a Cauliflower Cake… (I like my spinach sautéed with some garlic and Parmesan cheese, please! 🙂 ) But healthy desserts do exist because there are foods that are healthy, low calorie AND yummy, too! Meringue is by far my FAVORITE! The healthy egg whites are 100% protein, but when you whip’em up like that with just a bit of sugar they look (and taste) just SOOOO luscious! 🙂
Aaaand now I have a sweet tooth.
Thanks, Gabby! 🙂 🙂 🙂
