The Healthy Sugar-Free Chocolate Cookies are all-natural, high in protein (no protein powders!), low-fat, nutritious, super-easy & quick to make, but sweet and so satisfying!
What do you say to that?
I say: it’s something for me to get excited to wake up to in the morning!
…And something that I can pack in my kids’ lunches as a treat!Plus (IMPORTANT!) – it’s something fun fo you to make during the day without yet spending too much of my time mixing, baking and… well… cleaning up!
I made these Healthy Chocolate Cookies right after making the Sugar-Free Almond Cookies that turned out to be quite successful as our whole family, myself included finished the whole batch in about one day!
For myself I can say that these sugar-free, low-calorie, yet chewy and flavorful – those cookies were such a great thing to have for breakfast! With egg whites, almond flour and bananas in them they were a well-rounded breakfast treat featuring all those things that we’re supposed to include into a healthy breakfast.
Fruit (for healthy sugar and carbs), egg whites (lean protein) and almonds (healthy fats and fiber)!
As for the rest of the family, my kids will eat cookies no matter how healthy they are, because they are… Well – they are COOKIES! 🙂
And it is always great to share a treat with the friends! So…
The Healthy Sugar-Free Chocolate Cookies….
Very similarly to the Sugar-Free Almond Cookies they are sugar free (of course!), low-fat and easy to make just as well! But they are also CHOCOLATE!
…Which makes them extra DECADENT, even though you can still have them as a perfectly healthy breakfast! So what do you say? Are the few minutes that you’ll spend making them worth the time and the effort?
After having these for breakfast I told myself that they were! 🙂
